Just Occasion is an addition to our Haute Couture designs. This is a custom service made just for you, whatever the occasion. You will be able to create your own personalised custom piece together with the creative director.
All of our custom designs is handmade with the upmost care in Turkey. You should ideally allow 2 months for this process. However, this process generally takes 4 weeks after the 2nd consultation.
Initial Consultation
All consultations are free up to 20 mins (including the 2nd consultation). Once it exceeds over 20 mins, you will be charged at £35 per hour.
All our initial consultations are held via email only. At this stage, you are welcome to enquire on any design you prefer. Yes, you can send us any source of inspiration that expresses your vision. Also, at this point you should send over your fabric preferences and your exact measurements. We will work together to create the perfect design just for you.
Second Consultation
On completion of the initial consultation, the design and fabric will be confirmed at this stage. A full quote will sent to you. To proceed to the next stage, a 50% deposit must be made. Once the order has been made and deposited for, clients have an option to communicate through email or WhatsApp.
Be rest assured that the creative director will be will be with every step of the process. We’ve got you!
Also after this stage, If you require a specific date or time to communicate, please do let us know and we will try to accommodate it.
First Reveal
In the atelier, we will have created a prototype of your chosen design. This prototype will be revealed to you and you will have the option to make alterations. If you satisfied with the prototype then we will fast-forward the process to the last stage in which the outstanding payment is due. Please note for all the reveal, we have allocated 40 mins to communicate with each client. Once it exceeds over 40 mins, you will be charged at £35 per hour.
Second Reveal
Your preferred alterations will have been completed. Thus, we will present new prototype design. This is the final stage in which you will be able to make any other adjustments. Again, if you are satisfied with the prototype then we will fast-forward the process in which you will complete outstanding payment.
Final Reveal
At this stage, your design will have been perfected. The outstanding payment due must be completed. Your order will be shipped only after the outstanding payment is received.
Not to worry throughout the stages, the creative director will personally inspect your custom piece so be rest assured you are receiving the finest quality.
