Yes of course, our ancestors are not only the women who were ruled Ancient Egypt but also those who sacrificed and led with courage, grace and power in hopes for emancipation for their people.
Nothing can compensate for their sacrifice but it is our responsibility to ensure they are forever remembered and celebrated. Most of the names given to our designs, our collections, and our fashion shows are all named after our ancestors. We are forever grateful to our motherland Africa because without Africa everything will cease to exist.
